LAND & TERROIR
Choice of land that reflects the local "terroir", the characteristics of the soil, climate and surrounding environment.

INTEGRATED FIGHT
Application of an approach to disease and pest management that aims to minimize the use of chemical pesticides and preserve the ecological balance, to always obtain a healthy and top quality product.

NATIVE VARIETY
Cultivation of native grapes, typical of the Roero area: Arneis, Nebbiolo and Barbera; to guarantee the authenticity of our products.

MANUAL HARVEST
Our harvest is still traditional, the family is reunited and picks the bunches by hand, directly from the branches, to select the best grapes.

CARE OF THE VINEYARD
Agricultural practices are carried out approximately 60/70% manually, to maintain and manage the vines so that they produce high quality grapes.
